What is the cost?

Cost for sessions is $200 for 60 minutes with a rebate of approximately $130 offered up to 10 sessions with a Better Access Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

As a general rule (and to help with financial planning) most, but not all, people who engage the service follow a similar pathway whereby there is an initial set of weekly sessions before settling back into a more distributed and spaced out session frequency so that they can work on things and report back and reflect on progress.
